Shipping policy

Orders can be collected from our unit staying within covid 19 restrictions as set out by the Scottish Government, this is by appointment only.

UK orders

Will be sent by Royal mail or Parcel force. Tracked and signed.

Overseas Orders

Will be sent with Royal Mail, Parcel force, DPD, UPS or Fedx all tracked and signed.

When orders have been dispatched you will receive conformation e-mail with courier and tracking number.

Goods whilst in transit will normally be insured during transit. If items/products arrive damaged, we must be notified immediately. Please keep all original packaging with damaged items/products as our insurers may ask to examine items/products with photographic evidence.
